He has extensive worldwide experience in the oil and gas business, previously holding various senior technical and managerial positions in a number of listed and government owned organisations. |
 Gerea Aopi
GENERAL MANAGER, PNG |
| Gerea was appointed to the Oil Search management team in August 1998 following his role as managing director of Telikom PNG Ltd. Prior to this, he held several very senior positions in the PNG public service, and served as the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Planning. He is currently a director of Steamships Trading Company, Kumul Hotels Ltd, Bank South Pacific and holds directorships on a number of other private sector organisations. |
 Nigel Hartley

| Nigel joined Oil Search in 1991 following extensive involvement as an Accountant within Papua New Guinea. Nigel's role is to ensure a sound financial base for the Oil Search group of companies to operate, and to provide regular reports incorporating the necessary information to monitor and manage the performance of the group |
 Austin Miller

| Austin joined Oil Search in May 2003, after an 11 year career in investment banking, specialising in the energy sector. Austin's role is to lead all commercial aspects of Oil Search’s business including initiating corporate and asset related strategic planning, general commercial matters and the Company's mergers and acquisitions function. |
 Michael Sullivan
GENERAL COUNSEL/GROUP SECRETARY |
| Michael joined Oil Search in 1997 following an extensive period of private practice as a solicitor with Freehill Hollingdale and Page and Gadens Ridgway. Before joining Oil Search, Michael specialised in banking and finance and general corporate advice. He is responsible for all Company legal and secretarial matters. |
 Keiran Wulff

| Keiran joined the management team at Oil Search in 1993 as a Senior Geologist. In previous roles he has worked in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia, primarily focusing on new venture activities. Most recently, before taking up his current role, Keiran was Chief Operations Officer. Keiran is based in the Company’s Dubai officerole today, and his role is the development of the long term business activity and strategy in the Middle East and North Africa. |
 Philip Bainbridge

| Phil joined Oil Search in early 2006 after a 22 year career with BP in the operating business units, project development, commercial management and gas development. Phil leads Oil Search's operating businesses in PNG and Middle East/North Africa as well as HSES and Procurement Projects and Subsurface functions. |
 Keith Wilkinson

| Keith joined Oil Search in 2005. He previously worked in senior human resource roles in major companies both in the UK and Australia and has over 20 years experience in HR. Keith is responsible for creating and maintaining employee engagement through personal and skills development as well as targeted performance-related rewards, to ensure a talent pool exists for effective succession planning |
