Diversity is an Oil Search value. We take a proactive, strategic approach to improving diversity and inclusion and measure our success using a number of indicators, including the diversity outcomes of leadership and Board appointments, succession planning and our graduate and apprentice programmes.

Oil Search Women's Network

Oil Search Women's Network hosted a condensed version of Diverse City Careers (DCC) Personal Brand Workshop, run by Gemma Lloyd.

Past initiatives we have undertaken to improve inclusiveness and increase diversity include:

  • The implementation of diversity KPI’s into executive scorecards
  • Implementing workplace flexibility initiatives
  • Designing and implementing a Citizen Development Programme
  • Refreshing the code of conduct and code of conduct training to remind employees of diversity and inclusion's importance
  • Providing paid superannuation during unpaid parental leave
  • Conducting Diversity & Inclusion focus groups
